Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

• Goods refers to the items offered for sale on the Service

• Orders means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

• Service refers to the Website.

• Website refers to slo-tek, accessible from http://www.slo-tek.com

• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Thank you for visiting and shopping at slo-tek. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment policy

Shipment processing times
3-5 working days from receiving your order in all major Indian metro cities. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

For other locations and international shipping delivery could take up to 10-12 working days. However in some cases where unique pieces are being designed or made to order the delivery time may take a little longer.

Please note we insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a third party recipient for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by us of our obligation, and transfer of responsibility.

Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

In exceptional circumstances and due to reasons beyond our control we may at times be unable to deliver the confirmed order(s) to you.

In the event we are unable to deliver the confirmed order(s) as mentioned herein above and the payment for such order(s) has been made by you through your credit/debit card, the amount paid by you while placing the order(s) on the Site will be reversed back in your card account.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping within India is FREE for all orders above Rs. 2000. For orders below that, we charge a flat Rs. 300 shipping fee.

​

International shipping is available to various countries. Additional shipping charges, based on weight, are calculated at checkout. Please note that certain items, such as furniture or wood-based decor, are not eligible for international shipping.

 

slo-tek is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages
slo-tek is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
