The design of this private dental clinic in Ahmedabad involved both façade and interior renovation, with the goal of creating a setting that is cozy, contemporary, and welcoming. The main challenge was to achieve a fresh identity within a compact 42 sqm footprint, while working within a modest budget.

A colorful façade with large transparent openings sets the tone, projecting a positive and approachable presence in the neighborhood. The decision to restore old furniture and doors not only reduced costs but also introduced an element of continuity and character, connecting the new clinic with a sense of place and memory. Inside, the high ceiling gives the small space an unexpected sense of generosity, complemented by natural light that softens the clinical environment.

The interiors were designed with comfort and calm in mind. Waiting and consultation areas flow together with visual clarity, supported by clean finishes and minimal detailing. Subtle design gestures — from the green palette of the furniture to the warmth of wooden accents — add to the relaxed and human-centered atmosphere.

By carefully balancing functionality, budget, and aesthetics, the project demonstrates how even a small-scale medical facility can embody warmth, transparency, and design integrity. The clinic becomes not only a place for treatment but also an environment that reassures and uplifts patients.
